Thesis: “Agency for All, Returns for Some – Aspirations, Financial Literacy, and the Role of Education in a Multi Country RCT.” Multi-country RCT examining aspirations and financial literacy interventions across India, Peru, and Uganda. Employed ANCOVA, causal mediation analysis, and causal forests to show agency partially mediates aspirations treatment effects and secondary education moderates returns to intervention.

Homebase, San Francisco — Senior Data Analyst September 2024 – Present

Apply advanced statistical modeling including factor analysis, cluster analysis, and causal inference to evaluate program effectiveness and inform resource allocation decisions. Discovered through OLS analysis that housing placements in Modesto were driven by first-contact organization rather than assessment scores, leading to recommendations for system redesign. Conducted comparative coordinated entry evaluations across Cook County, Tulsa, and Santa Clara County and identified heterogeneous pathways to homelessness that challenge one-size-fits-all assessment and prioritization assumptions. Lead mixed-methods research and evaluation projects to improve homelessness response systems across California and nationally. Design equity-informed dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau and R to communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
